Pop-country trio Trousdale shares heartfelt new album “Growing Pains”, embracing vulnerability and change.

LA-based trio Trousdale returns with Growing Pains, a stunning follow-up to their acclaimed debut. Out now via Independent Co., the album captures the tension and tenderness of change through their signature three-part harmonies and deeply resonant songwriting.

Across 12 tracks, Quinn D’Andrea, Georgia Greene, and Lauren Jones reflect on heartbreak, transformation, and emotional discomfort. “We’ve been thinking a lot about the tension that comes with change—wanting it, fighting it, embracing it,” says Jones. “But learning to thrive in that moment.”

D’Andrea adds, “From what was, something new can always grow.”

The trio leans further into their country-pop blend with a live rhythm section and co-production from John Mark Nelson. The album also features co-writing from Mags Duval and Lawrence Rothman. The result is a tighter, warmer, and more confident sound than ever before — one that balances polish with intimacy.

“Making Growing Pains has been a journey of growth and reinvention,” Trousdale explains. “We made a conscious effort to simplify the process, collaborate openly, and focus on joy. It was a humbling reminder that asking for help can make all the difference.”

From childhood memories to adulthood transitions, Growing Pains is a deeply personal and universally relatable album that reflects the highs and lows of becoming — and re-becoming — yourself. With this release, Trousdale moves to the forefront of modern pop-country storytelling.
