Steve Aoki drops new single “Forget Tonight” with Tyler Hubbard ahead of HiROQUEST 3: Paragon out June 27.
Steve Aoki has announced his 10th studio album, HiROQUEST 3: Paragon, set to arrive June 27. The project expands on the world of his 2023 release Paragon with 20 new tracks. Leading the charge is the energetic genre-crossing single “Forget Tonight,” created in collaboration with country star Tyler Hubbard.
The duo first connected while co-headlining last year’s Cowboys Music Festival and found immediate creative chemistry. What followed was the upbeat, festival-ready “Forget Tonight,” blending Aoki’s signature dance rhythms with Hubbard’s country sensibilities.
“Tyler and I had an instant creative connection when we met, which made working on ‘Forget Tonight’ come together so naturally,” Aoki shared. “It’s one of those songs that just makes you feel good. Bringing it to life onstage in Memphis and capturing that energy for the video was unreal. Tyler’s a powerhouse and an incredible collaborator—I’m hyped for people to finally hear what we made.”
The official video was filmed during Aoki’s Memphis tour stop, featuring a live debut at Riverbeat Festival and scenes from their set at Beale Street’s Silky O’Sullivan’s.
“Steve’s a master of innovation in the dance world, and I really dig what we’ve created with ‘Forget Tonight,’” Hubbard added. “Spending a day inside his world to shoot the video and perform together was incredible… and getting to throw cakes from the stage with him was the ultimate way to close the show.”
This single also marks Hubbard’s first feature as a solo artist, adding to a career already bolstered by 22 No. 1 hits, over 1.8 billion streams, and the recent success of his album Strong.
