Emerging talent Sophia Amato unveils her brand new impressive new single “Seven Sad Sins“
The new single ‘Seven Sad Sins’ follows her soulful single ‘Why You Trying Not to Love Me’, Sophia Amato delivers a melodic yet brooding new track complete with her signature honeyed vocals. Continuously working from a palette of inspirations from around the globe, Sophia this time gives her contemporary take on soul, Jazz and gospel on this new offering.
Sophia shares about the new single, “The song is about recognising yourself through good and bad” Sophia explains. Joining the musical ranks of fellow peers Arlo Parks, Celeste and Cleo Sol, Sophia Amato is fast becoming a unique talent to watch in the contemporary soul music scene.
Sophia has developed her own music that includes a kaleidoscope of these elements, as well as soul, pop and contemporary R&B. Sophia is currently in the studio working with writers and producers such as Bastian (Jess Glynne, Jessie Ware), Lapsley, Karma Kid (aka Shy Luv), Cutfather (Birds Of Prey), Dan Caplen (Clean Bandit, Macklemore) and John Foyle (FKA Twigs).
