RIIZE releases “Hug,” a fresh take on TVXQ!’s debut single, part of SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary album.

RIIZE has kicked off the New Year with the release of “Hug,” a heartfelt remake of TVXQ!’s 2004 debut single. The track, out now via SM Entertainment, reimagines the beloved classic with RIIZE’s harmonious vocals and a nostalgic Y2K vibe that bridges K-pop’s rich history with its vibrant present.

This new rendition of “Hug” is part of SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary celebrations. The milestone project features reinterpreted hits from the company’s extensive catalog, showcasing its artists’ unique styles and paying tribute to SM’s enduring influence in the global K-pop industry.

In addition to the anniversary album, SM Entertainment has announced the SMTOWN LIVE 2025 Tour, which begins with two concerts in Seoul on January 11 and 12. The tour will later travel to Mexico City, Los Angeles, London, and Tokyo, with more artists and locations to be revealed.

RIIZE had an extraordinary 2024, marked by the success of their debut album RIIZING and multiple award wins, including Favourite Global Male Performer at MAMA Awards and Best Male Group at the Melon Music Awards.
