Prince Royce reveals new album “ETERNO”, reimagining timeless hits in bachata. Out May 16, pre-save now.
Prince Royce has announced his highly anticipated eighth studio album ETERNO, out May 16 via all digital platforms. The album is now available for pre-order and pre-save, with the first single “How Deep Is Your Love” streaming everywhere.
A conceptual project built on nostalgia and rhythm, ETERNO reinterprets iconic pop songs through the lens of bachata. Featuring 13 tracks, the album reimagines beloved hits with Spanglish vocals and modern arrangements that echo the emotional tone of Royce’s signature breakout, “Stand By Me.”
“I’ve always loved the classics — the songs that never go out of style and bring back powerful memories,” Royce said. “With ETERNO I wanted to honor those timeless tracks and give them new life in the rhythm of bachata, a genre that’s part of my soul.”
The album’s vision was first unveiled at the 2024 Premio Lo Nuestro awards, where Royce performed a medley featuring “My Girl,” “How Deep Is Your Love,” and “Dancing in the Moonlight”—originally by The Temptations, Bee Gees, and King Harvest. His bachata-infused renditions sparked excitement across generations.
With ETERNO, Prince Royce bridges musical eras and styles, honoring the legacy of timeless songs while innovating within the genre that made him a global star. As May 16 approaches, fans can expect additional surprises that build anticipation for one of the most personal projects in his career.
