OHGEESY teams up with Lil Tjay for “BABYGIRL,” a fresh take on Fabolous’ 2003 classic, ahead of his album Paid N Full.
Multi-platinum rapper OHGEESY is back with his latest single, “BABYGIRL”, featuring Lil Tjay, out now via 300 Entertainment. Produced by Diego Ave, the track puts a modern spin on Fabolous’ 2003 hit “Can’t Let You Go”, delivering a smooth, updated sound with infectious melodies.
The song arrives just after OHGEESY dropped “Paid N Full”, the lead single from his upcoming album. Since its release last week, the track has gained over 800k views on YouTube, with an official Austin Simkins-directed video now available.
OHGEESY’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, Paid N Full, is set to release February 14. His last project, GEEZYWORLD 2, followed his 2021 debut mixtape, GEEZYWORLD, which Pitchfork called “a quintessential L.A. rap record”. GEEZYWORLD 2 peaked at No. 2 on the Heatseekers Albums chart and included the hit “GEEKALEEK”, featuring Cash Kidd and BIA, which climbed to No. 25 on Billboard’s Rap Airplay chart.
Following his reunion with Fenix Flexin, OHGEESY helped bring Shoreline Mafia’s first official release in four years, featuring hits like “Heat Stick” and “Work”. As Paid N Full approaches, OHGEESY continues to dominate the West Coast rap scene.
