Nafeesisboujee drops vibrant debut EP “yours truly, nafees” and premieres “fallinlove” video today.
Emerging global artist Nafeesisboujee today releases his debut EP yours truly, nafees via 10k Projects, accompanied by the vibrant music video for “fallinlove,” directed by Julius Gutierrez.
Executive produced by Nafees and Curtis Waters, with features from Yung Fazo, Berry Blue, and others, the 10-track collection portrays a vivid coming-of-age narrative set against a global backdrop.
Already a streaming force with over 120 million global streams, the Bengali artist, raised in South Africa and now based in New York, blends introspective lyrics with infectious, genre-bending sounds.
The EP arrives on the heels of his viral hit “Stephanie,” which amassed over 10 million streams and 100 million views, marking Nafees as a significant new voice in music.
Alongside the release, Nafees announced The International Dream Tour, with shows in Los Angeles (June 1), Chicago (June 9), and New York (June 14).
Influenced by the likes of Steve Lacy and the DIY SoundCloud era, Nafees’ work reflects a mix of pop melodies, indie spirit, and digital-era storytelling. His singles like “Spin U Round” and “Maddie” have connected with Gen Z audiences navigating love, identity, and growth. 
“I started this project when I was a senior in high school… ‘yours truly, nafees’ is my way of holding onto those memories,” says Nafeesisboujee.
