Myke Towers contributes “Baja California” to F1® THE ALBUM, the official companion to F1® THE MOVIE, out June 27.
Atlantic Records shifts into high gear with the release of “Baja California” from Myke Towers, the newest track from F1® THE ALBUM, the official soundtrack to Apple Original Films’ F1® THE MOVIE, hitting theaters June 27 via Warner Bros. Pictures.
Featuring a slick interpolation of Black Sheep’s “The Choice Is Yours,” “Baja California” brings a vibrant Latin pulse to the album, driven by Myke Towers’ signature rhythmic style. The song follows the critically acclaimed releases “Lose My Mind” by Don Toliver ft. Doja Cat, “Messy” by ROSÉ, “No Room For A Saint” by Dom Dolla ft. Nathan Nicholson, and Chris Stapleton’s “Bad As I Used To Be.”
With over 100 million combined global streams already, the soundtrack’s momentum continues to build. Billboard praised “No Room For A Saint” as a “speed demon of a track,” while Rolling Stone hailed “Lose My Mind” as a potential soundtrack of the year.
“Baja California” debuted at the immersive F1® THE ALBUM activation at FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2025, where artists and celebrities previewed the album inside a life-size recreation of the APXGP garage. Names like Tiësto, Sexyy Red, Roddy Ricch, and Burna Boy were among those in attendance.
F1® THE ALBUM, produced by Kevin Weaver, Brandon Davis, and Joseph Khoury, will feature music from Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae, Peggy Gou, Madison Beer, and more.
