MARINA shares “CUNTISSIMO” with video, announces new album “PRINCESS OF POWER”, out June 6.
Beloved pop icon MARINA marks her powerful return with “CUNTISSIMO,” a bold, celebratory single that lands alongside news of her sixth studio album PRINCESS OF POWER, due out June 6 on Queenie Records/BMG.
Packed with punchy lyricism and provocative confidence, “CUNTISSIMO” reclaims feminine power and sensuality. MARINA calls it “a love song to independence,” and namechecks cultural icons like Salma Hayek and Thelma & Louise. “So often, women don’t think they’re allowed to feel their sexuality in a way that doesn’t involve how it looks for men,” she shares. “I would love to be able to free younger women of that.”
Directed by Olivia de Camps, the official music video elevates the track’s themes of freedom and expression with bold visual storytelling. 
“CUNTISSIMO” follows “CUPID’S GIRL” and “BUTTERFLY,” the latter amassing over 15 million global streams. All three tracks preview MARINA’s first new body of work since 2022—and reveal an artist stepping into her most fearless era yet.
The summer ahead will see MARINA perform at some of the biggest festivals across North America, including World Pride Music Festival in Washington D.C. (June 6), Governors Ball in NYC (June 7), Bonnaroo (June 13), Lollapalooza (August 2), and Osheaga (August 3).
