Mae Martin’s debut album I’m A TV arrives February 27. Two tracks, “Good Dream” and “Stowaway,” are available now.

Mae Martin, the award-winning comedian and actor, announces their first foray into music with the debut album, I’m A TV, due out February 27, 2025 via Universal Music Canada and Republic Records in the US. Fans can listen to two tracks now: “Good Dream” and “Stowaway.”

Produced by Jason Couse and Wes Marskell of The Darcys, I’m A TV delivers a nostalgic indie rock sound that transports listeners to the vivid, emotional haze of adolescence. Written entirely by Mae, the album is a deeply personal reflection, blending earnest lyrics with heartfelt melodies.

Mae shared, “I’ve been writing songs since I was a teenager, but it wasn’t until I moved to LA that I reconnected with that part of myself. Writing these songs felt freeing—there was no pressure to find a punchline, just a chance to say what I wanted. This album is an extension of everything I’ve been trying to express my whole life.”

Jeffrey Remedios, Chairman & CEO of UMC, praised Mae’s artistry, saying, “Mae’s openness, humor, and honesty foster a deep connection with fans. This album is an inspiring extension of their creative voice, and we’re thrilled to share it with the world.”

With I’m A TV, Mae Martin transitions seamlessly from comedy and acting to music, offering fans an intimate glimpse into their artistry and perspective.
