Lojay and Odeal have teamed up for the first time on “Mwah!”, a captivating Afro-R&B track that pairs smoldering vocals with silky production. The single is out now and marks a major crossover moment, blending Nigerian and UK sounds in a way that feels effortlessly seamless.
Lojay, recently nominated for a GRAMMY for his collaboration with Chris Brown and Davido on “Sensational,” is currently building anticipation for his upcoming debut album. “Mwah!” builds on that momentum with lines like “swing my way with your cinnamon fragrance,” painting a vivid sonic portrait of love and physical connection.
South-East London’s Odeal—who recently took home two MOBO Awards for “Best Newcomer” and “Best R&B/Soul Act”—adds his own smooth textures to the track. His lush vocals pair with Lojay’s in a hypnotic interplay of tone and phrasing.
