Flo Milli returns with a vibrant new release, “Perfect Person” featuring coop, out now via RCA Records. With a beat rooted in the iconic Hoobastank track “The Reason,” the Alabama rapper flips nostalgia into something new—reworking the melody with upbeat production and sharp lyricism.
The track comes on the heels of her spring release “Gripper” featuring T-Pain, which sampled his chart-topping hit “I’m N Luv (Wit A Stripper).” With both singles, Flo Milli has shown a clear ability to pay homage to early 2000s anthems while asserting her unmistakable voice and perspective.
Over the past few months, Flo’s momentum has only grown. She’s made appearances at major festivals, including Wiscansin Fest, and continued a streak of high-profile releases. Earlier in the year, she dropped “Wet Dreams” featuring coop and G G, alongside an official video directed by LEFF. 
“Perfect Person” adds another layer to Flo’s evolving sound. It’s confident, witty, and bold—qualities she carried into her most recent album Fine Ho, Stay. That 14-track project marked the final installment of her trilogy following 2022’s You Still Here Ho? and 2020’s Ho, Why Is You Here?. The album included her Platinum-certified hit “Never Lose Me,” which sparked a massive viral moment and led to a remix with SZA and Cardi B.
The success of “Never Lose Me” helped push Flo to new heights, earning her first Top 10 entry on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and landing her on Spotify’s Today’s Top Hits and Rap Caviar. She also made her late-night debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and gave a standout NPR Tiny Desk performance for Black Music Month.
