FISHER and bbyclose deliver a vibrant new anthem “Blackberries,” out now via CATCH & RELEASE.

FISHER returns with another high-voltage festival essential, teaming up with bbyclose for their new release, “Blackberries”, which dropped July 18 via CATCH & RELEASE. Saturated with sunny grooves and irresistible vocals, the single is positioned to soundtrack summer 2025.

Infused with pulsing basslines, upbeat synths, and shimmering pads, “Blackberries” is expertly produced to dominate dancefloors. bbyclose elevates the track with her lively and catchy vocal delivery, channeling pure festival energy.

Sharing insight into the track’s origin, bbyclose says: “‘I think I met you in a dream last night’ was a line that I had written down in my little red book of ideas for a couple months. We were in the studio one day and my co writer Stevie Appleton was playing these sick chords on the piano and the line came back to me. It was a super hot sunny day in London and we sat outside finessing the lyrics and Blackberries came to be. Fun fact, the song almost ended up being called Wasabi.”

FISHER is continuing a meteoric festival run with his weekly residency ‘FISHER at [UNVRS]’ in Ibiza. Each Thursday, the global hitmaker performs alongside major names like Marlon Hoffstadt, Michael Bibi, and Sammy Virji, drawing thousands to the 10,000-capacity superclub. He also just closed out Electric Forest, lit up Solidays Festival, and will soon headline Ushuaïa’s Elrow takeover and The Warehouse Project.

bbyclose, recently nominated for the BRITs 2025, is fresh off her massive success with “Kisses” and boasts over 10 million monthly listeners. Collaborations with Sub Focus, Alok, and Felix Jaehn further confirm her rapid ascent.

With “Blackberries,” FISHER and bbyclose offer a definitive hit for the season—ready to take over festivals, playlists, and dancefloors alike.
