Fetty Wap unveils “Forever (71943509),” his first solo track in two years, out via RGF/300.

Fetty Wap is officially back with “Forever (71943509),” a powerful new single and his first solo release in more than two years. Dropping via RGF Productions / 300 Entertainment, the introspective song showcases a raw and personal side of the Diamond-certified rapper, with production from FrankGotThePack, Dvni, and APGoKrazy.

The song’s title holds deep meaning, referencing Fetty’s inmate number during his current sentence at FCI Sandstone, Minnesota. His family has launched a Change.org petition in hopes of securing a pardon for the artist.

The release coincides with the viral resurgence of “Again,” Fetty’s 3x Platinum 2015 hit, which just hit #1 on the TikTok Billboard Top 50. Thanks to the trending “Blasting Fetty Wap on the JBL Speaker” meme, the track reentered the Billboard Hot 100 and pushed his debut album Fetty Wap back onto the Billboard 200 nearly a decade after its release.

Fetty Wap first soared to fame with “Trap Queen,” which earned Diamond certification and two GRAMMY® nominations. He followed up with hits like “679” and “My Way,” becoming the first artist in Hot Rap Songs chart history to land his first four entries in the top 10 simultaneously.

“Forever (71943509)” is out now, complete with a new video, signaling a major chapter for one of rap’s most recognizable voices.
