Esha Tewari’s new EP wraith lands with acoustic intimacy and ends on “summer in december,” her most personal track yet.
Rising singer-songwriter Esha Tewari has unveiled her third EP, wraith, out now across streaming platforms. The collection showcases her distinctive acoustic-driven indie-folk style, building on the success of previous releases and cementing her reputation as a global artist to watch. The new seven-track project includes fan-favorite singles “million times,” “empty pages,” “things i want,” “you were mine,” and “waltz,” and is now completed with the reflective new track, “summer in december.”
Reflecting on the closing track, Esha shares, “summer in december is my favorite track on the EP. i wanted to capture all the nostalgia that comes with the scent of the ocean and the memories that come back of people you have loved before… if you listen closely there are moments of people laughing and singing together from videos i took with my friends over the years.”
The release of wraith follows a landmark period for Esha. She’s wrapping up a completely sold-out tour in Australia this week, with dates in Perth and Adelaide marking the end of her first major live run. Looking ahead, she’ll bring her EP stateside on her debut North American “wraith tour,” starting July 3 in San Francisco and concluding August 9 in Washington, D.C. Many shows, including those in NYC, LA, Houston, and Atlanta, are already sold out.
