Pop star on the rise, Emily Vu exposed a brand new fantastic single “LILA” featured along with an official video
The new single “‘LILA’ is a song about the expectations and reality of being in LA,” Emily explains. “I specifically wrote about how love in LA basically seems impossible with all these distractions, but in general the song is meant to portray how distracting LA can be, and how anyone can get caught up in the lifestyle.” Emily’s first release of 2021 and follows the success of her recent EP series Lost & Found.
The rising pop star is a trained guitarist and pianist, having picked up both instruments at a very early age. Following her successful first release of “What Happened, Happened,” receiving well over 7 million streams on Spotify, Emily continues to use her bubbly personality and musical abilities to win over the hearts of the Internet.
Earlier in 2020, Emily has released some non-stop hits like “Drifting”, “Just Wait” and have been selected to our artist to watch list for 2021. 
With over 1.4 million followers on TikTok and an unconditionally passionate fan base, Emily Vu has continued to showcase her talent by virtually performing live with the NBA as well as hosting a Live Zoom Concert Series with various schools across Southern California.
Outside of music, Emily is passionate about playing basketball and is active in her church community. She is dedicated to social activism within the LGBTQ rights, and PETA.
