Colbie Caillat and Maddie & Tae blend upbeat energy with heartfelt emotion on “Live Without.”
Colbie Caillat returns with a collaborative release that pairs her signature optimism with country storytelling charm. The new single, “Live Without,” featuring country duo Maddie & Tae, is out now via Blue Jean Baby Records.
Co-written with Liz Rose, Eric Arjes, and Jimmy Robbins, the track offers a fresh look at the experience of heartbreak. Rather than dwelling in sorrow, “Live Without” celebrates freedom and self-healing, propelled by a catchy, feel-good rhythm.
“This is a new song that really hits home in what I’m experiencing in life right now,” shares Caillat. “It’s an upbeat song that releases you from heartbreak. I’ve known Maddie & Tae for many years – they’re two of the sweetest, most humble, genuine women with so much talent and excitement for life. They’re a great example of healthy women in the music industry, and I’m proud to call them my friends.” 
The official music video, directed by Brenton Giesey, was filmed at Gold Pacific Studios in Nashville and captures the close-knit musical connection between Caillat and Maddie & Tae.
