Coco Jones drops new single “You,” a heartfelt ballad ahead of her debut album, “Why Not More”?, out April 25.

Coco Jones returns with “You,” a tender and heartfelt new single that previews her long-awaited debut album Why Not More?, arriving April 25 via High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings.

Produced by a powerhouse lineup including London On Da Track, Boobie, Phil the Keys, Hero, Banger Slanger, and 2K, “You” explores the emotional complexity of falling in love. The smooth production blends seamlessly with Coco’s powerful vocals, capturing the warm, honest vulnerability that has become a hallmark of her style.

Accompanied by a moody visualizer directed by David KA, “You” offers another glimpse into the layered storytelling and sonic richness that Why Not More? promises to deliver. The single follows the acclaimed “Most Beautiful Design” and GRAMMY-nominated “Here We Go (Uh-Oh),” which set the stage for one of 2024’s most anticipated R&B albums.

Coco’s meteoric rise in R&B continues. In the last two years, she’s earned seven total GRAMMY nominations, including five in 2023—among them, Best New Artist—and took home her first win for “ICU” as R&B Performance of the Year. This year, she earned two more nods for “Here We Go (Uh-Oh),” which has become a breakout moment for the multi-hyphenate singer and actress.

In support of Why Not More?, Coco Jones will hit the road this summer for an international headlining tour across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.

With “You,” Coco continues to define the modern R&B era—on her own terms.
