“Shalalala” is Cian Ducrot’s uplifting new single, previewing his upcoming album ‘Little Dreaming.’
Following the chart-topping success of his debut album Victory, Cian Ducrot returns with a vibrant new single, “Shalalala,” continuing to build excitement for his highly anticipated sophomore album Little Dreaming, out July 11th.
“Shalalala” delivers a dynamic sonic journey, using thunderous percussion and rich gospel-inspired backing vocals to channel positivity amid global unrest. Written with Anton Göransson, Isabella Sjöstrand (RAYE), Bill Maybury (James Bay), and Theo Hutchcraft (Calvin Harris, Måneskin), the song encapsulates community strength and personal reflection.
Produced by Cian and Göransson—with additional vocal production by Sjöstrand—the track reflects the collaborative synergy driving the Little Dreaming album.
“This song is about hope and solidarity in times where the world feels like it needs it most,” Cian shares. “It’s about holding our friends, loved ones and strangers close and remembering we are all part of the same world, the same community, the same purpose. Love is the only answer, and beauty is there where you look for it. The probability of being born is estimated to be 1 in 400 trillion and never mind that we are all here at the same time…so let’s come together and let us sing together SHALALALA.”
“Shalalala” follows previous singles “Who’s Making You Feel It” and the title track, each offering a glimpse into the reflective, soul-baring narrative of Little Dreaming, which fuses authentic storytelling with musical elements inspired by Elton John and Queen.
