Indie-pop darling Chloe Moriondo begins 2025 with the release of her newest single, “shoreline.” Co-written and produced by Chloe Kraemer (The Japanese House), the track is a deeply personal exploration of heartbreak and healing. Now streaming via Public Consumption/Fueled By Ramen, “shoreline” arrives with an official visualizer available on Chloe’s YouTube channel.

The song’s poignant lyrics reflect the emotional complexity of a breakup, with lines like: “You’re still so mean and sweet at the same time / left me alone on the shoreline / washed up and waiting at high tide.” Combining a wistful tone with pulsing instrumentals, Moriondo captures the feeling of being caught between longing and moving on.

In her own words, Chloe says: “‘shoreline’ is very near and dear to my heart. It encapsulates a lot of the feelings that came from my first big breakup, and I poured a lot of myself into it. I hope it’s gently loved ♡.”

“shoreline” continues Chloe Moriondo’s streak of creating music that is heartfelt, raw, and relatable. With new music and a headline tour on the way, 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year for this indie-pop rising star.
