Bonnie McKee and Kiesza unveil a charged remix of “Electric Heaven” before launching their joint tour.
GRAMMY-nominated pop powerhouse Bonnie McKee has teamed up with dance music standout Kiesza to release a remix of “Electric Heaven”, originally from McKee’s 2024 album Hot City. The track lands ahead of the Dancing and Crying Tour, which kicks off August 5 in Pittsburgh and wraps in Los Angeles on September 27.
The remix reimagines the track with new textures and elevated club-ready energy. With Sugar Jesus on production, the result is a darker, driving take that immerses listeners in a seductive underground atmosphere.
McKee spoke about the collaboration, sharing:
“‘Electric Heaven’ has always been a favorite of mine. It’s a little darker and more abstract lyrically than some of my other songs, and after hearing Kiesza’s danceable, energetic set every night when we toured together last year, I knew she was an obvious choice for a feature! We had so much fun going full diva on the ad libs in the end, and I feel like her vocals are the perfect soaring compliment to this sexy, driving track. Kiesza recommended Sugar Jesus for the remix and he did not disappoint! His clubby take on our collaboration brings ‘Electric Heaven’ one step deeper into the dark underground club the lyrics allude to. I’m so excited to play ‘Electric Heaven’ live for the first time on our upcoming tour!”
With their tour on the horizon and this remix marking a new moment for both artists, Bonnie McKee and Kiesza are embracing their shared momentum and delivering a bold summer soundtrack for fans.
