Bad Gyal returns with “Da Me,” blending reggaeton, bachata, and pop in a hypnotic new single and video.

After a year and a half without a solo release, Bad Gyal returns with force in her latest single, “Da Me.” The track marks her first solo work since 2023 and follows the earlier release of her collaboration “Angelito” with Trueno. The Spanish-Catalan artist solidifies her place in global music culture, fusing reggaeton, bachata, and pop in a soundscape uniquely her own.

“Da Me” is produced by Jorge Milliano and Cromo X, two names known for bridging traditional Latin rhythms with modern edge. The track’s sensual pulse and layered percussion are undeniably addictive, a fitting continuation of Bad Gyal’s genre-blending evolution.

Accompanying the single is a captivating music video directed by the creative duo Torso. Known for pushing visual boundaries, the pair brings a daring mix of choreography and fashion-forward aesthetics. Bad Gyal delivers high-energy acrobatics with intensity, showcasing weeks of physical preparation for the video’s performance-driven concept.

The visual also highlights Bad Gyal’s deep relationship with fashion. Featuring vintage looks from Coperni, Ann Demeulemeester, Balmain, and Alexander McQueen, the styling reinforces the video’s high-concept art direction.

“Da Me” follows a breakout year for Bad Gyal, crowned by her debut album La Joia. The record reached #1 in Spain, earned Gold certifications in Spain and the U.S., and featured stars like Tokischa, Young Miko, Myke Towers, and Ñengo Flow. Her La Joia 24 Karats Tour sold out arenas, further proving Bad Gyal’s rising global dominance.
