KATSEYE shares two “Gnarly” remixes as the hit surpasses 100M streams globally.
KATSEYE celebrates a major milestone with “Gnarly” surpassing 100 million global streams by releasing not one but two remixes of their hit single via HYBE x Geffen Records. With a club-ready approach and big-name collaborations, both new versions breathe fresh energy into the track while maintaining its signature chaotic style.
The first remix features Ice Spice, known for her sharp delivery and distinct flow. Her verse is layered over a rhythm-driven beat, adding an assertive twist to the original’s chaotic energy. The result is a remix that’s both instantly recognizable and audibly bolder—crafted for high-energy spaces.
A second version of the remix includes Lara of KATSEYE, Lancey Foux, and Slush Puppy. This rework is dynamic and eclectic, delivering a synth-heavy, club-centric production. Lancey’s sleek verses and Slush Puppy’s contributions add extra texture to the remix, expanding the sonic boundaries of the original.
“Gnarly,” originally released on April 30, is the lead single from KATSEYE’s upcoming EP Beautiful Chaos. Its impact has been undeniable.
The visual for “Gnarly,” directed by Cody Critcheloe, continues to gain traction alongside this new remix drop. KATSEYE will soon appear at the 2025 Kids Choice Awards and currently graces the May-June cover of Teen Vogue. The group also recently announced partnerships with Glossier and Urban Outfitters.
