Country singer-songwriter Hannah McFarland releases her highly anticipated debut EP Broken Hearts via The Core Records/Capitol Records. Showcasing her signature blend of country storytelling and Americana warmth, the EP reflects on heartbreak, faith, and healing.
Featuring “Whiskey Into Water,” a deeply moving ballad, Broken Hearts brings McFarland’s emotional depth and captivating vocal delivery to the forefront. The song, which tells the story of watching a loved one struggle with addiction, highlights the EP’s theme of resilience and hope. “If I see potential in someone who’s struggling, I try to help,” McFarland shares. “But sometimes, all you can do is pray for them.”
McFarland collaborated with Will Bundy (Keith Urban, Kameron Marlowe) and a team of renowned musicians, including Russ Pahl (Vince Gill, Kacey Musgraves) and Rob McNelley (Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert). The EP also features her viral hit “The Bed I Made”, which secured her publishing and record deals in 2024.
McFarland is set to hit the road in support of Broken Hearts, joining Dylan Marlowe and Conner Smith’s Did We Just Become Best Friends? Tour starting April 2. She will also perform at major festivals, including Breakout at Big Creek and Country Jam.
