Latin music artists on the rise, Xylon and Suazo Baby returns with a new Latin summer anthem “Soltero”
Xylon and Suazo Baby release a new summer anthem “Soltero”. Characterized by its contagious rhythm and lyrics that empower men to overcome a difficult relationship, the track brings a definite freshness to the current Reggaeton. Released under The Baby Boys Inc./ Top Brothers Music label, the track is now available on all digital music platforms and the music video on Xylon’s official YouTube channel.
“Soltero” was produced by Aneudy (known as Sr. Guitarra), who’s recently worked with Farruko, Rauw Alejandro, and Wisin, among other Latin urban artists, “Soltero” was born in a songwriter’s camp in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and was penned by Xylon, Suazo Baby, Aneudy and Labia La Fuerza.
Xylon says, “It’s a song where we empower men to be single after a toxic relationship, one in which the woman treated the man horribly. With this song we want men to sing it from the top of their lungs, dance to it and embrace it,” said Xylon. About the collaboration with labelmate and friend, Suazo Baby, Xylon expressed, “it has been a real honor, since he is like a brother to me. We’re always supporting each other in our own solo projects, sharing with each other ideas, and this collaboration emerged in the same way. I am extremely happy to work with him, once again”, he concluded.
Featured along the release, The official video was filmed in Miami, FL and directed by Julio Rivera and Miway Films, the video showcases Miami’s most popular spots and districts, including the Miami Design and Downtown and Wynwood Districts, as well as the Miami River and downtown bay area.
The artist’s performance is intercalated between visuals showcasing spectacular rooftop scenes that highlight the trademark Miami skyline. Vibrant colors set the tone to both artists’ performance that symbolizes their newfound freedom and independence after recovering from a toxic relationship.
Xylon and Suazo Baby, continue to make their presence felt in Latin music, steadily paving their way to success. This weekend, they will participate in their first-ever mass festival “Guaya Guaya Fest” in Orlando, FL. Orlando’s edition of the festival is inspired by the famous reggaeton-urban mass concert hosted annually in Puerto Rico.
