Where are you from?

I am from San Diego, California. I was raised in Slidell, Louisiana. I am currently based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

When did you start making music?

I started making music when I was 14. I had a Myspace account where I would stream tracks that I made.

How do you describe your music?

I would describe my music as intellectual hip-hop. I am very versatile. I can make all types of music, but I prefer mainly to make music that will make the listener think on a deeper level.

Favorite moment from your career?

My favorite moment of my career was when I performed for the legendary hip hop producer Swizz Beatz. It was a talent show for unsigned artists being held in Tempe, Arizona. I did not win the contest, but I felt honored that he came up to me and told me that I was really talented and that I had a future in the music industry if I continued to apply myself.

Who is your biggest musical inspiration?

My biggest musical inspiration is Nipsey Hussle. Even though he is no longer with us, he is still my number one musical inspiration.

What is your producing software?

Acid pro. A lot of people I know use FL Studios or Pro Tools, but I have been using Acid Pro since I started rapping and it is pretty easy to use if you have the right plug-ins and upgrades.

What other things do you do besides making music?

Besides making music I work with teenagers within the Colorado Springs Detention Center who have been convicted. I teached them culinary skills and mentor them so upon their release they have a better chance of staying out of trouble and the skills sets to find a good job. I also write simple read books that can be found on Amazon.

What is your favorite track of all time?

My favorite track of all time. It has to be 2Pac’s song “Broken Wings”. That has always been my go to track when I feel like I need motivation to keep going.

What is your best-producing tip?

My best-producing tip would have to be research and learn from other producers around you. Youtube and Google are good sources that will help you become a better producer.

Why did you start making music?

I started making music because I was always good at putting words together. I figured if I can put words together I can also spread a message within my music that can possibly help keep people in a positive realm.

What are your goals for the future?

My goals for the future are to teach the world what life really is and build my record label’s foundation so that I can help other artists become successful musical artists like they always dreamed.

What advice could you give to young artists/producers/dj’s?

Be you and do you. It is okay to learn from others, but still create your own sound. Take that risk to be different. The world loves different things when it comes to music.

Please write a message to your fans.

To my fans, always believe in God. Tell him what you need Him to do for you and then chase your dreams. No matter how hard it gets, always believe. Trust me, if you do not give up it will be worth it in the end. Life is what you make it. So create it.
