When did you start making music?
Rapping for me started on the school bus with my boy turnt community he got me into it and going to his house his mom Bonnie was a dope song writer and that’s what really got me into making music so about grade 8 was the first time I recorded my first song
How do you describe your music?
Ever evolving I try to make my music more of a experience than just sounds I might write a song from a situation I’ve been through or I Might write from a perspective of someone else, a experience I’ve never had and try to imagine what that might feel like.
Favorite moment from your career?
Id say the EP I’m currently about to release has been my favourite moment the whole past year of working on it has been a roller coaster but Ive learned a lot from my experiances
Who is your biggest musical inspiration?
My tastes change a lot and my inspiration currently Ive been listening to a lot of old blues and a lot of electronic for inspiration
What other things do you do besides making music?
Run a recording studio in the city record and mix artists.
What is your producing software?
FL for beats Logic for vocals
What is your favorite track of all time?
Definitely changes every now and again right now my favourite is calling in the air tonight Phil Colins
What is your best-producing tip?
Don’t follow rules trust your process and do what you feel when you’re making stuff try new things put effects on sounds that aren’t supposed to be there you never know what your going to find.
Why did you start making music?
I saw friends doing it and wanted to be apart of it and then in a short amount of time I fell in love with It, it was the first thing I found that felt like a escape for me a place I could go into and just be me.
What are your goals for the future?
I have a follow-up ep that I’m working on to follow up my current project “Cancel Culture” I hope to help and spread awareness to on some of the topics I touch on help people get a glimpse into an experience they might be curious about and let them feel it through my music instead of trying it themselves.
