Mabel has officially unveiled her long-teased single “Benz” featuring UK rapper Clavish, out now via Polydor Records. The collaboration arrives with a sense of confident reinvention as Mabel leans into the R&B roots that defined her early sound, blending them with sleek trap production courtesy of Arthur Bean (Central Cee).
“Benz” is a lyrical exploration of emotional value set against the backdrop of material desire, as Mabel sings about wanting to be treasured with the same care as a prized possession.
Her smooth vocal delivery glides over brass-accented beats, matched by Clavish’s cool and self-assured verse.
