Latin global superstar Justin Quiles wraps up an impressive 2021 by reaching 1 billion combined global streams of his album “La Ultima Promesa“
The single also went viral on TikTok with over 798 thousand videos created with the sound; “PAM” featuring superstars Daddy Yankee and El Alfa, whose video has over 89 million views and entered the Top 10 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs and Latin Airplay charts for over 15 weeks; “Jeans” with over 210 million views and certified Platinum in the United States, Diamond in Chile, Platinum in Spain, 2x Platinum in Argentina, 4x Platinum in Peru and 3x Platinum in Mexico; and “Ponte Pa’ Mi” surpassing over 62 million views and certified Platinum in the United States, Chile and Argentina, 2x Platinum in Peru and Gold in Mexico.
The album reached #1 on Apple Music’s “Top Album Charts,” #1 BTS video on Apple Music’s “Top Video Charts,” #1 on iTunes, garnered 1 million streams on the first day of release on Apple Music alone and #3 on Spotify’s Global Top Album Debuts (#1 Latin album). The album’s focus track, “La Botella,” featuring Maluma, has already surpassed over 41 million views on YouTube and over 78.3 million combined streams. This single also led to his first appearance on the popular late-night U.S. television show The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Adding to the success of “La Última Promesa”, he recently released the official video of his current single “Colorín Colorado”. Since its release, the song quickly became one of the hitmaker’s fan favorites, it has already accumulated more than 26 million views on YouTube and more than 84 million streams worldwide. It is currently in Spotify’s Top 50 in Spain and in the Top 200 in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile.
In August, he performed at Baja Beach Fest as one of the headlining acts for two consecutive weekends in Rosarito, Mexico. In the month of October, Justin Quiles concluded his impressive European tour which was completely sold out.
