The new single ‘Rehenes’ shows Jossef’s musical growth as a promising, new artist, and features “new sounds that showcase my growth as an artist and my desire to continue learning from the industry,” shares Jossef.
‘Rehenes‘ has got produced by Los Harmónicos, the new single is about “that moment when you want something you can’t have, making things more difficult when life’s circumstance are not your side, but at the end of the day, the desire takes over turning us into hostages of what we cannot have,” explained Josseff.
He feels fans will be able to identify with the track considering that many times “our own feelings hold us hostage and we must learn to choose the correct path,” he added. Without a doubt, Jossef continues to stand out and continues to catch the attention of fans and industry leaders through his provocative lyrics and blend of sounds. 
The official music video for the new single was directed by Abner Maldonado (Abez Media) and filmed in Humacao, Puerto Rico. In the music video, Jossef is a financially stable man who gives himself completely to his partner, however, not everything is what it seems.
In the end, he gets an unpleasant surprise when discovering his lover is an undercover agent and begins to understand that he was always a hostage to her big lie. The video is “like a suspenseful movie leaving viewers asking what happened next,” explained Jossef.
In addition, his single “Una Vez” trended on Tik Tok, where influencers from multiple countries created their own version of the song, creating a trend that surpassed 120,000 views on the popular platform.
