Josh Ross announces ‘Later Tonight’, a 15-track debut album arriving September 19 via Universal Music Canada.

Country sensation Josh Ross officially unveils his long-awaited debut full-length album, Later Tonight, slated for release on September 19 via Universal Music Canada and MCA. This 15-track record, produced by trusted collaborator Matt Geroux, represents Ross’s most personal and sonically dynamic material to date.

Known for blending heartfelt lyrics with a rock-leaning country sound, Ross has already proven his place on the charts. “Single Again” is currently climbing U.S. radio, while earlier fan-favorites like “Hate How You Look” and “Leave Me Too” hit #2 on Canadian Country Radio.

Ross describes the project’s emotional core, saying:

“The title of this record, and the title track, became the thread that tied this project together over the last couple of years. Every single we put out, every show we’ve played has led to this. We dug deep writing for this album, leaning into getting caught in your feelings, breaking up, making up. No matter what, all roads led back to ‘Later Tonight.’”

Fans can now stream the title track “Later Tonight” ahead of the album’s official drop. The release comes as Ross celebrates six 2024 CCMA Award nominations, including Entertainer of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Single of the Year—tying him with Cameron Whitcomb for the most nominations.

With Later Tonight, Josh Ross delivers a cohesive statement of purpose—an album rooted in vulnerability and anchored in melodic strength.
