Emerging talent Holly Humberstone releases a new version of “Into Your Room” featuring MUNA, adding a fresh twist to the hit from her album Paint My Bedroom Black.
Today marks a significant milestone for rising star Holly Humberstone as she unveils a new rendition of her hit single “Into Your Room,” featuring the unique sounds of indie pop trio MUNA. This collaboration is a dream realized for Humberstone, who has long admired MUNA’s work.
Expressing her excitement, she says, “I’m obsessed with MUNA and have been wanting to work with them for ages. I’m thrilled to see them bring their magic to one of my songs.” MUNA shares the sentiment, stating, “Holly is such a talented artist…we were so stoked when her record came out a few months ago, so it was a total delight to be able to put our spin on ‘Into Your Room.’”
This new version of “Into Your Room” is part of Humberstone’s widely acclaimed debut album, Paint My Bedroom Black, released via Darkroom / Geffen / Polydor Records. The album marks a significant phase in her journey, transitioning from an underground singer to one of the most captivating alternative pop stars of her generation. 
Known for creating a dark and ethereal world, Humberstone’s music is both intensely personal and strikingly candid. Her impressive accolades include two Ivor Novello nominations, the BRIT Rising Star award in 2022, and being named runner-up in the BBC Sound Of 2021.
In addition to this latest collaboration, Humberstone recently premiered the official music video for “Elvis Impersonators.” Shot during a trip to Japan, the video showcases cinematic qualities reminiscent of classics like Lost In Translation, a testament to her creative vision and global reach.
