Rising Singer CADE Reveals New R&B Single “Kill Me Softly” with Diamond Pistols, Miles Wesley, and Jutes via Ultra Music

CADE shifts from dance music toplines to personal soulful melodies, real instruments, and electronic-influenced 808-driven production in his newest.

Sweeping vocals courtesy of CADE drive the hip-hop laden track as production from Diamond Pistols (producer for Rich Brian, Lil Pump, & more) carries listeners into sweet serenity. An impressive departure from CADE’s usual electronic-driven flare, “Kill Me Softly” is the beginning of a new era for the young star.

CADE Says: “As an artist, I’ve always aspired to tap into 808-driven, soulfully-melodic music. Kill Me Softly shows a glimpse of the direction I want to take my music in moving forward. The Care EP was my first EP as an artist, but I still cherish it to this day for its blend of R&B melodies and futuristic, electronic-influenced production. My upcoming EP will have similar sonics to The Care EP but with even more-futuristic production/elements. It will sound like 2021, and ‘Kill Me Softly’ feels like that to me.”

Throughout the remainder of 2020, expect more impressive singles from CADE, as well as a new EP slated for early 2021.

CADE’s upcoming music is co-written in sessions with the likes of Arizona Zervas, Finneas, Lil Aaron (Selena Gomez – Rare), Nick Mira (Juice Wrld), and more. With his remix of Cheat Codes & Maggie Lindemann’s “Pretty Girl” recently becoming RIAA platinum-certified in the US, and BPI-certified 2x platinum in the UK, CADE is one to watch throughout 2020 and beyond.

CADE Says: “I wrote and recorded ‘Kill Me Softly‘ at a session in LA with Diamond Pistols, Miles Wesley, and Jutes. Sometimes when sessions are set up for me, the music feels too forced. When I was writing with these guys, they were able to bring the authenticity out of me. The dynamic / energy in the session was just different. I don’t know how else to put it. I really believe in my heart that Jutes, Miles Wesley, and Diamond Pistols should all be considered ‘ones to watch’ in the industry. All of these guys are already successful in their music endeavors, but it feels amazing to be surrounded by peers that you know are on their way to the top. I can’t wait to see how everyone reacts when they hear this record for the first time. I just hope they love it as much as I do, and can learn to love the new direction I’m taking my music in moving forward.”
