Pop Star on the rise Bailey Bryan drops her brand new magnificent single “Don’t Call Me” alongside an official Video
Bailey Bryan is continuing this momentum by releasing “Don’t Call Me,” an ode to knowing your self-worth and not tolerating toxic behavior. Her upcoming project Fresh Start will be released in the Spring.
The global pop star has teased the song on TikTok this past Sunday and has already amassed 1.1M+ views and 282K+ likes. Also out today is the choreo-filled companion video that shows Bailey as the ultimate office space badass boss of herself.
Bailey shares about the new single, “It’s the classic story of somebody not knowing what they have until it’s gone,” said Bailey about the song’s meaning, “The line “if you really loved me you would leave me alone” sums up the lesson of the song best. Knowing your worth is about not going back to someone who didn’t see your value from the start.”
The new single follows Bailey’s recent success with her track “play w/ me” that was released over the summer, but ressurged last month. The track spread like wildfire garnering nearly 100k streams in less than 24 hours, arriving on over 10 Spotify Global Viral Charts, and debuting on the iTunes Pop Top 50 Chart, with over 5K TikTok videos to date.
Though initially forged in the fires of heartbreak, this next chapter is an amalgamation of themes about owning one’s worth, turning insecurities into strengths, excavating your fears, confronting your demons and discovering the flawed perfection in all of us — all while sticking to her personal “sensitive bad bitch” mission statement.
Along with new music, Bailey also launched Fresh Start Stories back in December, a monthly Instagram Live series where she’ll be performing the new track of the month, giving fans insight into how it plays a part in her own self-discovery, as well as interviewing influencers, brands, artists, and more across all industries to discuss their fresh start experiences.
