Peruvian rapper A.CHAL Breaking Down Boundaries With New Single “High Horse” featured with a music video
The new single “High Horse,” written by A.CHAL and Cody Acosta, seamlessly mixes Hip Hop and Pop while maintaining A.CHAL’s signature upscale sound with easy to follow lyrics that hide a deeper meaning. When describing this particular song, A.CHAL used a quote from it that sums it up: “Looking for answers I look in the mirror. Who would’ve thought a Peruvian here?”
In the new release we find that this song is about following your instincts, always continuing to do your thing and improve yourself, while remaining true to yourself and not letting anyone lead you astray. A humble brag after working so hard and carving your own path through life. It’s also about stating your ground and taking ownership of your decisions and the way your life is headed.
Featured along with the new single, the music video was directed by Éli Sokhn from Badass Kid Productions and it was shot in Los Angeles. In it, we see A.CHAL going through different phases, from valet, to restaurant worker, to businessman, all with one thread in common: he keeps it real and the minute things don’t work out for him, he moves on, not before disrupting the scene and incentivizing much-needed change.
Earlier in February, A.CHAL has released his huge single ‘Nobody Like Me’ featured along with a music video.
