Rising electronic music star Temple is back with a new stunning EP “Love Machine” featuring 4 tracks

Growing up listening to his parent’s musical influences on repeat: Stevie Wonder, ELO and Michael Jackson, it’s no wonder the infectious 4/4 rhythm was engrained in his psyche. Then at age 9, in the mid-nineties, hearing tracks with distortion, that overdriven sound changed his musical influence. He started playing guitar and drums in punk bands at age 11 to 16 and this is where his love for being in the recording studio began.
TEMPLE saw its first release amongst the backdrop of what was 2020 on UK label Midnight Riot and its more techno-focused sister label Black Riot Records. TEMPLE has recently found a new home on Norwegian label Internasjonal, owned by the one and only Prins Thomas.
Fast forward a decade, and Ben has been on warmup duties for many underground A list artists that roll through Adelaide at festivals and nightclubs including the likes of Rick Wilhite, Osunlande, Trus’me, Rahaan, Alkalino and the list goes on; as well as playing around Australia at many music festivals and nightclubs.
At 17, he would end up working at the influential Adelaide nightclub, Sugar. It was at Sugar where the two worlds of his parent’s musical influences and love for distortion collided and techno exploded into his consciousness. From that moment, Ben started collecting records and becoming a DJ/Producer was firmly in his sights. He became obsessed to explore how he could slam these two worlds together further…
