Grammy nominated Los Angeles-based musician, DJ and producer King Henry unleash a new dreamy single “Fall With Me” featuring rising pop star Delilah Montagu
Linking with the bright new talent of London-based singer Delilah Montagu, “Fall With Me” effortlessly joins heartfelt singer-songwriter ballads with delicate pianos and sun-washed percussive elements. King Henry once again shows his mastery of all facets in the creation process, flexing his chops as an in-demand songwriter and his extensive experience as a producer revered by some of the biggest names in the industry. “Fall With Me” releases February 18th.
King Henry reflects on the making of the song, sharing that he “met Delilah back in 2017 when she was on a trip from London to LA and we ended up in a write. I had been sent some songs prior to meeting her and was blown away by her writing and voice so I knew we would do something special. We wrote a few songs that year and one of those was ‘Fall With Me,’ a song that was very near and dear to me at the time and still is, as it was a pivotal moment in my life that we were able to write about. We kept in touch since then and always would talk about how much we loved the song but had never found the right home for it. After recently chatting again, we decided why not just release it ourselves since we loved it so much. I revisited the production to give it a fresh set of ears and found the perfect sweet spot for it to live in both of our sonic worlds.”
King Henry has crafted chart-toppers for Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and The Weeknd—he even earned a GRAMMY nomination for his work with Beyonce. Allen is notably credited with shaping the careers of LANY and Sasha Sloan, acting as an executive producer with each artist to develop their indelible sound and style.
His 2016 debut EP Don’t Stay Away allowed Allen to step into the spotlight as a solo artist. However, his 2017 follow-up For You was a precursor for the signature moody, electronic-influenced pop sound he is known for. His refined skill in finding the future of pop and electronic music can be heard in his newest releases, all of which are accompanied by visual elements that allow audiences to peer behind the curtain of his creative vision.
The Nashville-based artist released two singles in 2021, titled “Let Go” and “It’s Not U,” and plans to release two EPs this year. Allen rang in 2022 with two new remixes, lending his touch to The Walters’ “I Love You So” and Alessia Cara’s “Best Days.”
