French DJ and producer Cedric Gervais reaches out on a new dancefloor single “Blue” featuring UK singer-songwriter Jem Cooke via Delecta Records
The new track ‘Blue’ combines ethereal synths with fluttering arpeggios and Cooke’s soaring, emotion-tinged vocals. Gervais’ third release of the new year, it follows recent singles ‘Only One Night’, ‘Hype’, and ‘Shake That Ass’.
Cedric Gervais is recognized for his recent massive hit ‘Everybody Dance’ with Niles Rodgers and Franklin, which was a firm favourite across UK radio. Since releasing a variety of acclaimed hits such as ‘Would I Lie To You’, ‘Say My Name’ and ‘Everybody Wants To Be Famous’ which have amassed over 160 million Spotify streams, the talented artist has gone onto working with the likes of Lenny Kravitz, Deep Dish, Steve Lawler and Rachel Star. Gervais also won a Grammy for ‘Best Remixed Recording, Non Classical’ for his remix of the Lana del Rey smash ‘Summertime Sadness’.
Jem Cooke is a London-based artist who is best known for writing and appearing on the Camelphat single ‘Breathe’. Previous releases include features with Hot Since 82, Cristoph, Wilkinson, Made By Pete and Delta Heavy.
‘Blue’ is a dancefloor-focused cut armed with emotional energy.
