Sahid Rodriguez is a Mexican producer and DJ whose boom focuses on the techno scene and experimental sound art in contemporary electronic music.
Where are you from?
Throughout my short life I have lived in many places so I like to say that I have a small part of the whole world but I was born in Mexico City where I currently reside as a producer & DJ
When did you start making music?
I started making music as a child, except that the music that interested me was totally different from what I do today, when I was a teenager I began to study things related to visual arts, production, etc. at some point, but there was a time when I said to myself or I starve or I totally focus “I am not willing to do anything I don’t want to do again, and what I want to do the most is techno” despite everything I would say that my career is a lifetime
How do you describe your music?
Interesting question, I think that my music has many nuances is something very experimental, it’s a performance I like to make slow music go faster, synchronize my rhythms with the atmosphere and people.

Who is your biggest musical inspiration?
- charlotte de witte, amelie lens, ellen alien, teri gender bender his music and the way of stepping on stage inspires me as an artist and it is not easy to do so
What is your producing software?
Actualmente FL Studio 20 & ableton live 10 they are part of my creative process to arm my tracks like a puzzle
What other things do you do besides making music?
I have a photography Project
What is your favorite track of all time?
I don’t have a favorite song. I listen to what I like.
What is your best-producing tip?
Select tools to create music and always eliminate unwanted noise
Why did you start making music?
Because I love music like everyone else, it makes you vibrate, the creative process and the connection that allows me to have with all the people who listen to me.
What are your goals for the future?
Well … one is not in this without dreaming of reaching the major leagues of electronic music working day by day for it.
What advice could you give to young artists/producers/dj’s?
It is possible to turn the bits in your head into real music if it appears how to do it the right way, there will always be very strange and very kind people interested in the rhythms of others thanks
